 Software SupportMSP 7.6Our latest version is 7.6.45. If you are running a version less than 7.6.0 then you will need to call to get information on how to upgrade to our latest version. For versions of 7.6.0 and up an updater can be downloaded from the internet. (Get updater) FAQ1. Can I email the Analysis to my customers?Yes. There is now the ability to export your Analysis in several formats that can be emailed to your customers. 2. Can I import the information from my earlier version into the new version?Yes. If you have version 7.0 to 7.4 then you can update your database to the new version. Earlier versions of the database are not upgradeable. 3. Can I export the client information for use with other programs?Yes. There is a way to export any client that is loaded to a comma delimited file. There is a sample document in the same folder the program was loaded that may help you in understanding the usage. The sample file was created using Word 2000 and the mail merge function. This was a requested feature by many representatives. We can not support Word or any other type of merge programs. This feature is supplied as a convenience to representatives that have an understanding on how the other programs work. 4. Can MSP be used over a network?NO. MSP is not designed to be used over a network. Your client database is local to your machine and not accessible over a network. 5. When I view a page that I wish to print it doesn't look right. What can I do?What you see on your screen is dependent on you printer drivers. Make sure you have installed the latest printer drivers for your printer. Known ProblemsThe computer displays a message that says:This application uses CTL3D32.DLL which is not the correct version. This version of CTL3D32.DLL is designed only for Windows NT Systems.
